Role Summary
As a SQL Developer & Analyst, you will build and sustain database-driven solutions that support core operations and reliable reporting. This role exists to translate business needs into well-structured data, applications, and insights that improve process efficiency.
Key responsibilities include designing, coding, and maintaining SQL Server/T-SQL solutions; developing custom applications and reports (including Crystal Reports); gathering and documenting functional requirements; supporting and training end users on ERP and custom tools; monitoring application performance; troubleshooting and escalating issues appropriately; and coordinating priorities and delivery with the IT team.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent certifications/experience- 2 years as a SQL Developer or Business Analyst (manufacturing preferred)
- SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows stack development, Crystal Reports, Windows Server, ERP management, process design/flow charting
- Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel to Ohio sites multiple weeks per year
-Experience collecting and documenting end user functional requirements
-Strong written and verbal communication
-Experience with Mancola ES software preferred but not required
