About the Role
As a Certified General Appraiser, you will be responsible for completing a variety of commercial appraisal assignments while contributing to business development and client service. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and benefit from a collaborative, supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete commercial appraisal assignments across a range of property types
- Produce high-quality narrative reports in compliance with USPAP and client requirements
- Communicate directly with clients to understand assignment scope and expectations
- Manage assignments from engagement through delivery
- Support business development efforts and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with team members on complex assignments and shared clients
Qualifications
- Certified General Appraiser license required
- 3–8 years of commercial appraisal experience
- Strong analytical, writing, and time management skills
- Experience working in a larger firm environment is a plus
- Desire to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility
