Key Responsibilities:
• Executive support including calendar management, email oversight, scheduling, and task prioritization
• Coordinate marketing initiatives (property listings, email campaigns, social media, proposals, presentations)
• Manage CRM and client communications
• Oversee listing documentation, marketing materials, and transaction coordination
• Maintain organized systems and improve operational efficiency
• Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and partners
