Store Manager (Full-Time)

Role Overview: Lead the daily operations of a retail store department, ensuring staff training, staffing levels, and adherence to company standards to meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory ordering, maintenance, and quality control to ensure product freshness.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, and product placement, ensuring proper storage and handling of damaged items.
• Maintain product knowledge, monitor sales promotions, and execute weekly plans.
• Implement safety policies, enforce food safety guidelines, and respond to issues promptly.
• Develop departmental goals, manage schedules, labor, and payroll within budget.
• Lead, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Participate in meetings, communicate expectations, and ensure store presentation standards.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership ability, strategic planning, and retail operations knowledge.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
  
  

Physical & Additional Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and operate in varied environments. Reasonable accommodations available.
