Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand a customer base within the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through consultative selling, product demos, and training.
- Leverage existing customers for additional growth and product adoption.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and support satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in trade shows, customer events, and partner relationships.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- 1-5 years of successful direct sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and internet browsers.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to visit shops and make calls daily.
- Ability to perform job duties including driving, standing, and light lifting.
