Car Sales Representative
Integrity Auto Sales is looking to add a motivated Sales Professional to help maintain the growth of the company. We are looking for someone who has the expertise and experience in car sales, most importantly, someone who is able to meet other people's needs in a professional manner. Someone who understands that discipline on a daily basis is the key to success.

We are looking for outstanding individuals, even if your sales experience does not include car sales.
Car Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Professional appearance, and friendly conversation style.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a timely manner when entering the property.
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs and then providing solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and return calls, texts & emails using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and maintain satisfactory sales targets by focusing on service and providing customers with solutions to their challenges.
- Assisting in maintaining the showroom and the lot so that the vehicles are in a ready condition at all times.
Requirements:
- California Sales License required
- Valid Driver License and a clean driving record required
- Bilingual is a plus!
