Business Development Manager – Corporate Events & Live Production

Role: Drive growth by generating new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. Develop relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event professionals, identifying opportunities in trade shows, conferences, product launches, and experiential events. Collaborate with production teams to deliver exceptional live event solutions and expand your professional network.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5 years in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Event Sales
• Proven hunter with experience in cold calls, networking, and creating opportunities
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, AV, or related industries preferred
• Ability to own the sales process and meet/exceed goals

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000–$95,000 base salary
