Relationship Banker

Role: The Relationship Banker serves as a trusted advisor, engaging clients in consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored solutions. They drive growth by actively promoting bank products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and referrals to other banking areas.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage clients in financial discussions, recommending personalized banking solutions and fulfilling deposit and borrowing needs.
• Provide client-centric financial advice, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty through deep product knowledge.
• Identify opportunities for additional product referrals, supporting overall sales goals.
• Conduct regular client outreach and support the teller line to ensure excellent service and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and risk management protocols.
• Assist in operational tasks, including training new associates and maintaining audit controls.
  
  

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, with 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller. Skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. No licenses are required.
