Part-Time Deli/Bakery Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to meet company standards and customer expectations. The role contributes to store profitability while ensuring safety and food safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce bakery and deli items according to production plans.
• Package, label, and merchandise products as per plan and merchandising expectations.
• Stock backroom with fresh products, rotating and dating cases.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support store growth.
• Notify management about supply needs and ensure adherence to safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines.
• Assist with tasks in other departments as needed.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail or related fields is advantageous.
• Basic math skills and the ability to interpret documents.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
  
  

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending, stooping, and twisting. The environment includes varied temperatures and possible outdoor exposure.
