Part Time - Teller

Role Summary: This position involves delivering high-quality, accurate customer service through daily financial transaction processing in a retail banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving as the first contact for clients, recommending bank products, and referring clients to appropriate departments.
• Developing and maintaining profitable client relationships to maximize revenue.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions such as bonds and money orders.
• Handling cash drawer operations, balancing ATM transactions, and assisting with vault responsibilities while ensuring compliance with operational policies.
• Providing excellent client experiences, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing service quality.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities and promoting bank products and services.
• Ensuring adherence to banking regulations, policies, internal controls, and risk management standards.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; cash handling or teller experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 10-key calculator, and coin counting is necessary. No supervisory responsibilities.

Additional Requirements: Ability to meet background and credit checks, and compliance with relevant licensing and regulations. No specific certifications required.
