Part Time - Teller

Role Overview: Provide accurate, timely customer service in a retail banking environment, serving as the first point of contact to clients. Responsibilities include processing financial transactions, recommending bank products, and developing long-term client relationships to maximize revenue.

Key Duties

• Handle cash drawer, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions.
• Assist with ATM balancing, deposit verification, and vault control, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Deliver excellent client experiences by resolving issues promptly and assisting with service needs.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote bank products and services.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, risk management, and adherence to regulations and internal controls.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; 6 months of cash handling or teller experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 10-key calculator, and coin counting tools. No specific licenses are mandatory, but background checks and compliance with relevant regulations are required.
