Full-Time - Account Executive

We are seeking a creative and service-oriented Account Executive to join an expanding logistics team.

In this role, you will act as a key intermediary between customers and freight carriers, negotiating contracts to ensure optimal profitability and high-quality service. Your primary responsibilities include

• negotiating freight service prices
• managing the movement and tracking of shipments
• generating leads and acquiring new clients
• collaborating with customers, dispatchers, and carriers on shipment statuses
• proactively resolving issues and inputting load data into software

• strong communication and negotiation skills
• excellent problem-solving abilities
• time management skills
• adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in logistics brokerage, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory, as training is provided.
