Role Overview

Lead front-end sales associates in replenishing impulse fixtures and delivering exceptional customer service. Provide support to other managers as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise sales associates serving as cashiers across multiple registers.
• Operate cash registers and scanners to ensure efficient transactions.
• Authorize voids, overrides, and handle bank deposits to maintain cash accuracy.
• Maintain strict cash accountability, key control, and security procedures.
• Monitor cash levels, make drawer pulls, and supply change as required.
• Oversee camera monitoring for unusual activities.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation timely.
• Train new cashiers on policies, scanning techniques, and customer engagement.
• Assist with front-end cleaning and sanitation schedules.
