- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project documentation standards
- Conduct site inspections and oversee project team efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 10 years of project management experience, including 5 years in Design Build projects
- Heavy civil construction experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to read drawings and specifications, work under pressure, and manage time effectively
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel
