Key Responsibilities
- Translate market food trends into innovative recipes and concepts to enhance the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation teams to support product development and customer engagement.
- Lead culinary sessions, provide on-site consultations, and develop menu concepts to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, offering culinary training, tastings, and demonstrations.
- Support product launches with USPs, participate in trade shows, and lead industry activations.
- Mentor junior chefs, manage internal/external kitchens, and deliver engaging presentations.
- Utilize corporate resources and participate in professional networks to share insights and trends.
- 5-7 years in food service, with 2-3 years supporting customer engagement in a corporate culinary role.
- Degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience in food service channels.
- Strong knowledge of food trends, ingredients, cooking techniques, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
