Automotive Store Manager

Role Overview: This position involves leading store operations, managing personnel, and ensuring excellent customer service in a retail or automotive environment. The role requires developing staff, meeting sales and profit targets, maintaining store standards, and overseeing financial and facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and communicate expectations with employees; coach and evaluate performance.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff in collaboration with HR.
• Analyze business trends, develop strategies to maximize sales, and monitor financial targets.
• Ensure store cleanliness, proper equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum two years of team leadership experience in retail or automotive service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales, profit, and operational goals.
• Prior experience as an automotive technician preferred but not required.
