Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones: Professionally manage incoming calls and direct them as needed.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and minimal wait times.
- Greeting Patients: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients upon arrival.
- Insurance Verification: Verify insurance information efficiently and accurately for smooth patient visits.
- General Office Support: Assist the front office team with various administrative tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dental office preferred. However, we are open to training the right candidate.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Customer Service Excellence: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with both staff and patients.
- Multitasking Ability: Must thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and detail-oriented.
