What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at Cloud Law Firm?
We are looking for a full time, Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our Sebring location. Our law office handles personal injury and social security disability. The candidate would be responsible for performing receptionist and general administrative clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations of the law office.
Office duties would include but are not limited to:
- Answering/transferring incoming calls and messages
- Client Intake
- Scheduling and calendaring appointments
- Preparing and sending correspondence
- Filing and other general administrative/clerical duties as needed
Skills and Requirements:
- Candidate must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills
- General computer skills including typing and use of Windows Office Products
- Reliable transportation
Job:
- Full-time; $15.00 to $17.00 per hour (rate of pay dependent on qualifications)
- Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (one hour for lunch)
