The Ski School Sales team is looking for motivated, professional individuals who are willing to exceed guest expectations daily, while creating a welcoming first and last impression. This individual enables the guest to discover their passion for skiing or riding by introducing them to the Breckenridge Ski & Ride School’s menu of products. Product Sales delivers the information with superior product knowledge in a friendly environment eliminating any anxiety the new skier/rider may have while assuring experienced skiers/riders their love of the sport will grow and all experiences will be memorable. We do this through our call center (booking, pre-arrival education), our hosts (greet, inform, reassure) and our sales staff (explain products, identify need, sell.) Product Sales will also sell the guest their lift tickets and promote all VR products and information as needed. Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Daily sale of all Ski & Ride School and Lift Ticket Products
• Detailed explanation of all Ski & Ride School Products to guests.
• Book future Child Lessons, Adult Lessons, Ultimate 4, Private Lesson and Special Programs as requested.
• Facilitate Check in for all Ski School Programs.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office in Web Browsers
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to communicate in Spanish
• Previous work experience in Guest Services
• Previous work experience cash handling
• Previous experience with a Point of Sale system

Compensation: $9.45/hour
