Job Summary: The Kirkwood Human Resource Team is looking for an enthusiastic and outdoor oriented individuals to spend the winter outside in this alpine paradise. Under limited supervision perform a variety of clerical task supporting the Kirkwood Human Resource team:
Job Requirements:
- Provide quality service to all individuals including employees, and guests
- Serve as a frontline resource for the HR office
- Assist Training Coordinator with New Hire Orientation (NEO)
- Answer phones, email and outgoing mail
- Track and attending Employee and Epic service awards dinners.
- Assist staff with copying, filing, mail and data entry
- Coordinate and maintain Carpool Incentive program
- Assist Uniform Lead issuing and receiving uniforms
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Proficient with Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to speak and write English
- Must pass background check
- Ability to multitask
- Previous experience working with sensitive information
Preferred Skills:
- Preferred HR experience
- Bi-lingual Spanish
- Basic knowledge California Employment law
