Bell Person: Part Time - Winter 14/15 Seasonal - Keystone Inn, Keystone, CO

Job Summary:

The Keystone HospitalityTeam is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic individuals to offer support to our Front Desk Team. The Bell Person will create a warm and welcoming environment to guests at the resort.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greets guests, opens car doors, opens entry doors and carrys luggage at property entrance.
• Will assist the Front Desk with answering phones, guest inquiries, checking guests in and out and other needs as business dictates.
• Directs traffic, has an extensive knowledge of the resort and all surrounding areas, gives directions.
• Shovels snow, cleans common areas in all properties, including: sweeping, vaccuuming, dusting. Cleans bathrooms and elevators. 
• Completes basic maintenance requests in the units such as changing lightbulbs, batteries, reseting pilot lights, reseting wireless routers and unclogging toilets.
•  Assists with inspection of units when needed.

Requirements:

• A warm and welcoming personality.
• High level of comfort working with guests; able to display an outgoing and helpful tone.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, up to 6 hours.
• Flexible schedule, to include: early mornings, late evenings, the occational overnight shift, occasional split shift.
• Clean driving record in order to qualify for Authorized Driver's Program.
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, reach, carry, push, pull and shovel on a daily basis.
• Ability to carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to adpat quickly to change.
• Ability to multi-task and priorize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate well in person, over the phone and over the radio.
• Some computer experience preferred.
• Some customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and communicate clearly in English.
