Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Full-Desk Recruiter who can own the entire recruitment lifecycle—from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and has a strong track record of both business development and recruiting delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (Client Side):
- Develop and manage relationships with direct clients, MSP/VMS programs, and implementation partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate job requisitions
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts (C2C, W2, 1099)
- Expand existing accounts through consistent engagement and delivery
Recruitment & Delivery (Candidate Side):
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, and networking
- Conduct technical and behavioral screenings
- Present qualified candidates to clients within defined SLAs
- Manage offer negotiation, onboarding, and candidate experience
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
- Set daily/weekly KPIs (submissions, interviews, placements)
- Monitor recruiter performance and provide coaching
- Drive team productivity and accountability
Account & Delivery Management:
- Ensure high-quality and timely submissions to clients
- Maintain strong communication with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Track pipeline, submissions, interviews, and placements
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in US IT staffing/recruiting
- Proven experience in a full desk role (sales recruiting)
- Strong experience working with staffing companies
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Strong understanding of IT roles (AI/ML, LLM, Data, Cloud, DevOps, Security, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large system integrators and direct clients.
- Prior leadership or team management experience
- Experience with contract staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Familiarity with tools like JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar ATS
