As a key member of our team, you will build relationships with physicians for job opportunities, while hiring, training, and managing a team of local Locums Recruiters. Backed by our up-to-date database and proven processes, you will have the resources to excel and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions in an environment that fosters innovation and enjoyment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively manage an expanding portfolio of physician candidates
• Interview physicians to meet client-specific qualifications and quality standards
• Collaborate with AE leadership on priorities and planning
• Present qualified physicians to Account Executives and business development representatives
• Negotiate rates and expenses for physicians
• Prepare physician agreements and exhibits as necessary
• Advocate for and consult with physicians to ensure employee satisfaction and longevity with Interim's clients
• Build, lead and manage a team of local Locums recruiters at IP

Qualifications:

• Solid work ethic and excellent customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Desire to learn and grow, take ownership of work and be driven and ambitious
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Track record of locums tenens physician recruiting success
