What You'll Do
Working alongside your assigned trainer and mentor, you'll learn how to:
- Assist with residential plumbing service calls and repairs
- Help diagnose plumbing problems and perform quality repairs
- Install fixtures, faucets, water heaters, and other plumbing components
- Learn how to safely work with residential plumbing systems
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Follow company safety procedures and plumbing best practices
- Continue building your technical skills through hands-on training and classroom education
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and interested in building a long-term career in the plumbing trade. Previous plumbing experience is helpful but not required. Experience in construction, maintenance, HVAC, mechanical work, or other skilled trades is a plus.
Successful candidates are dependable, coachable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn from experienced technicians. You should enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.
A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
