- Assist with the planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
- Create and maintain event documentation, including timelines, budgets, and contact lists.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event details are communicated and executed effectively.
- Support the Development team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of event marketing materials, including invitations, programs, and social media content.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and teardown.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned, including front desk coverage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience with event planning and coordination is preferred.
- Capacity to work independently as part of a strong team.

Hourly Rate is $18 per hour.
