Job Specifications
- Starting Wage: $21.50/hr - $26.88/hr
- Employment Type: Year Round (10-month)
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
- Housing Availability: No
- Greet every guest, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service
- Accurate and efficient processing of all retail sales
- Learn product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to guests
- Maintain excellent store visual standards by continually straightening, folding, and restocking merchandise
- Follow all company standards in regards to safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Understand and follow both Vail Resorts’ and Patagonia’s environmental principles
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends.
- Commitment to exceptional Customer Service.
- Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
