What You'll Do
Process and post retail and wholesale vehicle deals accurately
Manage payoff processes for trade-in vehicles and issue corresponding checks
Handle Cash in Transit (CIT) and incentive management
Reconcile dealer reserves and manage daily bank postings
Oversee daily floorplan management and postings
Generate weekly and monthly financial reports
Assist with end-of-month closings and ensure timely financial submissions
What We're Looking For
Experience in automotive dealership accounting is required
Familiarity with CDK software is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines
Must pass a pre-employment background check
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Automotive Billing experience: 3 years (preferred)
