Vaden Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Brunswick is seeking energetic Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our team. In this role, you will respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using a guided script to provide vehicle pricing and availability. Your main goal is to schedule several customer appointments each day with our dealership's sales team. Join our fun, fast-paced Business Development Center where we invest in our employees and their success!
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using a guided script
- Provide helpful and professional responses regarding vehicle pricing and availability
- Identify customer needs and respond in a courteous, pleasant manner
- Schedule multiple customer appointments daily with the dealership sales team
- Follow up with leads who are not yet ready to schedule an appointment
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive BDC experience is preferred, but not required — we provide training!
- Call center or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, upbeat attitude with a drive to succeed
- Energetic, team-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to multitask, follow direction, and stay adaptable
- Reliable work ethic and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and required use of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook (email), and cellular phone communication
