This role is temporary covering an extended medical leave and fully onsite Mon - Fri. NO relocation offered.
About the Role As CPO, you'll lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management - from Child Development to Sexual Assault Response - ensuring every initiative delivers real impact for the communities we serve.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a multi-year program plan aligned with our 2024-2029 Strategic Plan
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Program Managers and Directors
- Oversee program budgets, grant compliance, and financial reporting
- Build and maintain meaningful partnerships with community organizations and public/private entities
- Report directly to the CEO and collaborate across the Executive Leadership Team
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (LMFT or LCSW highly desired)
- 5 years managing multiple programs in a nonprofit or public agency setting
- Proven experience with government grants, program evaluation, and budget management
- A deep commitment to diversity, equity, and mission
- 5 years of diverse community experience
- 5 years of non-profit experience

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
