Customer Service Representative

Location: Wilmington, OH (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00/5:00 PM (depending on 30- or 60-minute lunch)
Start Date: ASAP - interviewing immediately

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a small, collaborative team supporting customers who may be experiencing service or product-related issues. This role is the first point of contact for customers, making professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude essential to success.

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone and email
• Input and manage warranty claims and customer data within internal systems
• Review and audit submitted claims for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with customers to gather additional information as needed
• Monitor incoming complaints and identify duplicates
• Assign claims appropriately to internal team members
• Maintain organized records, including claim files and documentation
• Prepare and send customer-related documentation and correspondence
• Track and update claim statuses, ensuring data integrity
• Monitor open claims and follow up on outstanding items
• Close inactive claims and maintain file archives
• Provide updates to internal stakeholders on claim progress
• Support additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed
  
  

• Strong customer-first mindset with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
• Previous B2C customer service experience required
• Excellent phone, email, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems (such as JD Edwards) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a team environment
