Travel: Occasional Travel to GA / TN / AL, 1-2x per quarter for a few days at a time, when hands-on support is necessary (complex network issues / hardware troubleshooting that cannot be remotely resolved, etc.)
JOB SUMMARY
Vaco is currently seeking a System Admin for a 3-6M C2H opportunity that is located in Dallas, TX. The System Admin will build internal IT capabilities as the company moves away from reliance on an external MSP. The System Admin will deliver broad, hands-on support across the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Entra ID, and InTune, while managing desktop troubleshooting, user provisioning, security alert response per SOPs, and ad hoc corporate requests. The System Admin is positioned as a key player in ensuring smooth transition and ongoing operational continuity while building internal IT capabilities and reducing reliance on external MSPs. The System Admin will bridge technical execution and business support in a multi-brand, multi-time-zone environment, leveraging existing SOPs and Microsoft tools to maintain high service levels without heavy reliance on external providers.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
· the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
· licensure and certification requirements;
· office location and other geographic considerations; and

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or participation in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's retirement plan (or similar retirement benefits).
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
