Part-Time Accounting Assistant ONSITE

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Assistant to support the daily accounting and administrative functions in an onsite environment for our client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work, stays organized, and takes pride in accuracy.

Location: Onsite
Schedule: Part-time (approximately 15-20 hours per week; consistent schedule)
Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000


Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
• Enter and code invoices; verify accuracy and proper documentation
• Process payments, deposits, and expense reports
• Reconcile accounts and assist with bank/credit card reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files
• Support month-end activities and reporting as needed
• Assist the accounting team with general administrative tasks
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support role
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working onsite
• Ability to manage a consistent part-time schedule
