What are the responsibilities and job description for the SharePoint Administrator position at Vaco by Highspring?
Core Responsibilities:
- Best Practices Implementation: Ensuring all configurations and setups follow industry and Microsoft best practices to promote sustainability and ease of management.
- Site Creation and Structure: Setting up new SharePoint sites based on best practices for usability, scalability, and governance.
- Roles and Permissions Management: Establishing clear role-based access controls and permissions to ensure proper security and collaboration alignment.
- Data Migration: Assisting with the transfer of documents and data from existing repositories into the new SharePoint structure, maintaining integrity and organization.
- Proven experience supporting or building SharePoint environments (SharePoint Online preferred).
- Proficient in SharePoint permissions, content types, site templates, and document libraries.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
