Responsibilities include:
- Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for a diverse commercial real estate portfolio.
- Lead month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, tenant billings, and cash management processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, audit, tax, and compliance activities.
- Partner with operations, leasing, and asset management teams to drive portfolio performance and financial accuracy.
- Prepare financial analyses, reporting, and insights for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Maintain lease-related accounting and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting (Required)
- 3 years of accounting experience (Required)
- Property Accounting/Real Estate Experience (Preferred)
- Ability to go on site 5 days a week
- Salary $90-100k
