What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior ERP Manager position at Vaco by Highspring?
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the full lifecycle management of ERP implementation projects across the enterprise.
- Guide enhancements and improvements for ERP and supporting IT systems, focusing on process efficiency and performance.
- Spearhead integration innovation across platforms such as sales, project management, and operational planning tools.
- Manage a global team of over 10 business systems analysts and technical professionals.
- Act as the primary liaison with business stakeholders to align system capabilities with operational goals, ensuring real business needs are met beyond surface-level requests.
- Identify system gaps and lead the design and rollout of scalable improvements within the ERP ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365, with hands-on involvement in key finance and operations modules such as GL, AR/AP, purchasing, sales, and project accounting.
- Successful experience managing at least one end-to-end ERP implementation.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including trips to international sites.

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
