What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Agiloft Consultant position at Vaco by Highspring?
We are seeking an Agiloft Consultantto provide dedicated expertise and ensure the platform is fully optimized for business needs. This role was created to centralize ownership of Agiloft upgrades, integrations, and enhancements, giving the organization a trusted in-house resource to drive improvements and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Own day-to-day Agiloft administration and development across the organization.
- Manage system upgrades, integrations, and custom enhancements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Develop and maintain workflows, automations, and configurations.
- Ensure platform documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert and escalation point for Agiloft.
- Promote adoption and best practices across the business.
- Proven experience as an Agiloft Administrator or Developer (contract or full-time).
- Strong hands-on expertise with configuration, workflows, and integrations.
- Ability to manage upgrades and enhancements independently.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Nice to have: experience building internal ownership of Agiloft or other CLM platforms; knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
