We need a Business Analyst with a builder mindset to join a top-tier team driving breakthroughs in biosciences. You'll deliver data-backed solutions, manage high-stakes projects, and shape strategy alongside client leaders-helping bring transformative medical advances to market.
What You'll Do:
- Support and drive strategic initiatives like process optimization and market analysis.
- Partner with client leadership to solve complex challenges.
- Turn data and trends into insight to boost performance and inform decisions.
- Run meetings, track action items and manage follow-though.
- Build client-ready deliverables including reports, presentations, dashboards.
- Own project timelines and exceed client expectations.
- Lead workshops that deliver results.
- Bachelor's Degree (business, economic or finance focus preferred)
- Proven business sense - consulting or strategy experience is a plus!
- Strong skills in data analysis and project management.
- Clear, flexible communication - great listener and fearless questioner.
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Experience working with product owners, developing backlogs and writing users stories.
- Adaptable, proactive, and open to occasional travel.

- This is a contract to hire position with an expected contract period of about 6 months. Full time conversion may happen prior to 6 months. Full benefits are available during the contract period including health, dental, and vision.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
