Senior Accounting Analyst - Hybrid

The Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for financial reporting, accounting analysis, month-end and quarter-end close activities, and supporting key business and leadership reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in GAAP accounting, experience analyzing financial results, and the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders across the organization.

This position offers significant visibility within the organization and the opportunity to support leadership through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

• Support the monthly and quarterly close process, including preparation and review of journal entries and account analyses.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports in accordance with GAAP.
• Research and resolve accounting and financial reporting issues.
• Analyze financial results against prior periods, budgets, and forecasts, identifying key drivers and variances.
• Prepare management reporting packages and present financial results to business partners and leadership.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and related disclosures.
• Maintain and execute key internal controls and support internal and external audit activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, strengthen controls, and increase efficiency through automation and process enhancements.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• CPA is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting, financial reporting, audit, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret financial results and explain business drivers and variances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
