Remote (Phoenix, AZ) | $30-$40 per hour

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a rapidly growing organization to hire a Recruiter for an immediate need. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone based in the Phoenix area.
We're looking for a proactive recruiter who enjoys sourcing, networking, and building talent pipelines across a variety of functions. This role will support hiring efforts across technology, operations, sales, customer success, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of professional and operational positions
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Manage candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for fit, skills, and long-term potential
• Track recruiting activity and provide regular hiring updates to leadership

Qualifications

• 4 years of recruiting experience
• Background supporting technology, manufacturing, e-commerce, or related industries
• Experience recruiting for a mix of professional, technical, operational, and/or manufacturing positions
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruitment experience
