The organization has already completed its migration, and this team will play a critical role in ensuring leaders are able to operate smoothly, confidently, and without friction in the new environment. It’s a highly visible, relationship-driven position where you’ll act as a trusted partner to executive leadership, removing obstacles, optimizing how they work, and ensuring M365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) enhance productivity rather than slow it down. - Partner directly with executive leadership to ensure a seamless day-to-day experience in Microsoft 365
- Anticipate and remove friction points across Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint before they disrupt productivity
- Rapidly resolve high-impact issues—especially time-sensitive challenges like meeting access, collaboration breakdowns, or cross-device inconsistencies
- Guide leaders through real-time solutions with clarity and confidence, explaining both the “what” and the “why” in a way that builds trust
- Drive deeper adoption and smarter usage of M365 tools across the organization as new capabilities are rolled out in phases
- Act as a connective layer across teams (infrastructure, security, migration) to quickly resolve more complex challenges
- Deliver a true white-glove experience, combining technical expertise with strong presence, discretion, and professionalism
- Stepping in immediately when an executive can’t join a Teams meeting from a conference room and resolving the issue on the fly
- Helping leadership navigate differences between legacy “classic” workflows and modern M365 experiences
- Ensuring meetings, files, and communications work effortlessly across devices and locations
- Building trust as the person executives rely on when something isn’t working as expected
- Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) in enterprise environments
- Experience supporting or partnering with executive-level stakeholders—you understand urgency, discretion, and communication style
- Familiarity with M365 migration and post-migration realities, including classic vs. modern/online environments
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset—you don’t just fix issues, you prevent them
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence—you can simplify the complex without losing credibility
