Interim Accounting & Operations Analyst - Food Industry
Location: San Antonio, TX | Schedule: Onsite Mon-Thur, Remote Fri
We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Interim Accounting & Operations Analyst to support our client's growing food service organization. This role focuses on daily sales, inventory, and food cost accounting across multiple units.
You'll be responsible for posting journal entries, performing reconciliations, and manually processing inventory transfers while ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. You'll also work closely with restaurant GMs to follow up on open items and ensure approvals are completed promptly.
Ideal candidates bring strong full-cycle GL accounting experience, advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS), and familiarity with large ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle. Experience in multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations is a major plus.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
