Overview

We are seeking a Power BI Integrator to lead the design, development, and standardization of executive-level reporting solutions. This role requires a unique blend of data integration expertise and strong dashboard design capabilities, helping leaders transform complex data into intuitive, visually compelling, and actionable insights.

The ideal candidate understands that successful dashboards are more than reports. They create executive experiences that communicate priorities, highlight trends, surface risks, and support strategic decision-making. This individual will partner with stakeholders across the organization to integrate data from multiple enterprise systems, establish reporting standards, and create polished, high-impact reporting solutions.

Must Have

• Strong Power BI dashboard development experience with a demonstrated focus on executive reporting, visual design, dashboard usability, and data storytelling
• Ability to design intuitive dashboards that help leaders quickly understand performance, trends, opportunities, and risks
• Advanced SQL skills with experience extracting, transforming, and integrating data from multiple enterprise systems
• Experience integrating Power BI with databases, APIs, enterprise applications, and reporting platforms
• Experience establishing reporting standards, governance frameworks, and dashboard best practices
• Experience creating documentation, knowledge transfer materials, training programs, and adoption resources for end users
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Nice to Have

• Portfolio, dashboard examples, case studies, or other examples demonstrating strong visual reporting and dashboard design capabilities
• Experience creating executive KPI dashboards for senior leadership, C-suite stakeholders, or enterprise-wide initiatives
• UX/UI, information architecture, wireframing, dashboard prototyping, or user-centered design experience
• Experience integrating Power BI with Workday, Salesforce, Banner, Slate, ERP platforms, CRM systems, or similar enterprise applications
• Experience building reporting governance frameworks, design systems, SOPs, or enterprise dashboard standards

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Design and develop executive-facing dashboards that balance visual appeal, usability, and business impact
• Translate stakeholder requirements into intuitive, polished reporting experiences that support informed decision-making
• Create dashboards that effectively communicate business performance through strong visual hierarchy, KPI presentation, and data storytelling principles
• Integrate Power BI with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and operational systems
• Establish and promote report design standards, dashboard governance, and Power BI best practices across the organization
• Evaluate existing reporting and recommend improvements to dashboard strategy, user experience, and visualization effectiveness
• Develop documentation, workflows, and knowledge transfer materials to support long-term adoption and sustainability
• Train business and technical stakeholders on reporting standards, dashboard usage, and Power BI best practices
• Candidates may be asked to discuss or demonstrate their approach to dashboard design, usability, visualization strategy, and executive reporting during the interview process

· the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

· licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or participation in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's retirement plan (or similar retirement benefits).
