Interim Healthcare Accounting Manager

• 3 to 6 month contract, with possible extension
• Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite
• Start ASAP

• Oversee day to day accounting and general ledger activities
• Manage month end and year end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support multiple affiliates and joint venture entities
• Strengthen internal controls and clean up backlog items
• Partner with finance and FP&A teams on close and reporting
• Assist with audit schedules and reconciliations
• Support accounting system optimization and transitions

• 5 or more years of progressive accounting experience
• Healthcare accounting experience required
• Strong GAAP knowledge and close process ownership
• Multi-entity accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

• CPA preferred
• Specialty healthcare or surgery based experience a plus
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Workday or system transition experience a plus
• Joint venture experience a plus
