One of Vaco's clients is looking for a strong hands-on Controller with government contracts/ defense experience - Company is acquisitive. They are looking for a process-focused Accountant that can bring ideas to the table, establish internal control and lead process improvement initiatives.
Compensation: $70-$80/hr

- 7 years progressive accounting and finance experience
- Required bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- CPA nice to have.
- Experience in govcon/defense industry nice to have.
- $30-$150 M annual revenue range
- Systems - Quickbooks, Deltek
- Personality needed Strong communicator, efficient worker
