HR Manager/Generalist

Our client, located in Brentwood, TN, is seeking a direct-hire HR Generalist / Manager (title depends on the ideal candidate's experience) to join their fast-growing organization.

This role requires someone who is a self-starter, can manage competing priorities, and is adaptable and agile as they are growing quickly through acquisitions. This is a hands-on HR role that will also require strategic thinking capabilities.

Duties:

• HR Operations and Employee Support
  • HR data and become the expert on their HRIS (Paylocity)
  • Recurring HR reporting and data analytics to leadership
  • Build a monthly HR dashboard covering items such as:
    • Headcount
    • Turnover
    • Other HR metrics
  • Compliance
    • Strong understanding of fundamental HR compliance and documentation.
    • Multi-state and multi-site HR experience.
    • Knowledge of:
      • FMLA
      • ADA
      • Workers Compensation
      • General HR compliance/documentation
    • Employee Lifecycle:
      • Own and Run Onboarding, offboarding and new hire orientations
    • Team Development
      • Recruitment and recruiting support
      • Serve as a key partner in selecting and building out the broader HR team.
      • Potentially work with additional consultants and project managers as the department grows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered for those with direct dental industry experience)
• Healthcare industry experience preferred (DSO highly preferred)
• Ability to work independently as leadership is based in another state, and be a proactive problem solver
• Strategic pattern recognition skills
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed for acquisition activities

Title: HR Generalist / Manager
Location: Brentwood, TN
Schedule: On-Site M-F with the opportunity to grow into a hybrid schedule once established
Pay: $75k-$85k base salary with bonus potential based on company performance
