Job Description:
As the Grants Administrator, you will be the central point of contact for compliance, reporting, and funding administration.
- Grant Administration: Administer funding to support the services and expenses of food assistance programs (community-based organizations and emergency food programs), fostering strong relationships with all awardees.
- Compliance & Reporting: Receive, review, and analyze project plans, budgets, expenses, and other reports for programmatic compliance. Adhere strictly to internal and external administrative and reporting requirements.
- Documentation & Tracking: Manage and track the use of grant funds through meticulous documentation. Implement detailed tracking using internal systems and proactively communicate needs, changes, and updates.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a key liaison with internal departments (Finance, Administration, Legal) for vendor and CBO agreements. Prepare and ensure timely submission of progress and financial reports.
- Partnership Management: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), Emergency Food Programs (EFPs), and other constituents.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the FBA team, including scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and facilitating meeting needs.
