Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform searches, document retrieval, document preparation and execution, filings and/or recordings at all jurisdictional levels.
• Assist internal/external customers and/or vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution.
• Ability to understand, demonstrate, and explain company service offerings, procedures, processes, methodologies and delivery options as well as jurisdictional requirements to customers, team members and/or vendors.
• Make well informed and timely decisions in order to meet client expectations and requirements.
• Make recommendations on how to improve customer satisfaction, customer retention, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings and financial results.
• Challenge existing procedures and processes regarding the delivery of services, service offerings, and make recommendations to enhance and improve upon them with the objective of increased team efficiencies and overall improvements to customer and employee satisfaction.
• Assist customers, team members and/or vendors with training on all company products, jurisdictional requirements and company databases while using a consultative approach.
• Strong attention to detail and able to maintain high quality work at all times.
• Teamwork in support of reaching individual and team performance goals.
• Offers helpful hints and shares best practices across team or wider group.
• Understand the full array of company products and the ability to up sell.
• After in-depth training, understand jurisdiction requirements on Mortgage filings.
• Handling process inquiries and incoming order requests include; data entry, document preparation, photocopying, scanning and sending emails.
• Research and contact county recorder's office to obtain filing status or customer information requests.
• Contact county clerks or assigned county correspondents to obtain filing status and filing submission requirements.
• Communicate with customer and sales team to resolve status and filing turnaround time issues.
• Provide administrative support to other departments when needed.
• Understand and present complex issues to management.
• Maintain product knowledge and market awareness.
  

Qualifications:

• GED/HSD required.
• Strong background on customer service is preferred.
• Prepared Assignment of Security Instrument and UCC Documents to be executed, notarized, Notarized Assignment Documents so documents could be recorded with the County Recorder.
• Revised Assignments with Security Instrument.
• Recording information to E-Record Assignments with various County entities.
• Analyzed Data and Loan Documents to accurately enter Mortgage Loans and HELOCS to be serviced in proprietary version of Centurion Software.
