Duties:

  • Analyzing variable compensation plans
  • Supporting business decisions with excel analysis
  • Ad-hoc requests
  • Will be a partner to the business
  • Will have high visibility
  • Determine adjustments and revisions for plans on a routine cadence

Qualifications:

  • Sales compensation or HR analyst background
  • Familiarity with compensation
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication
  • Good excel skills
  • Positive personality
