The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing finance experience, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to influence operational outcomes through data and collaboration
Strong background in cost accounting, FP&A, inventory management, and variance analysis
Experience partnering directly with operations leaders in a hands-on manufacturing environment
This role will serve as the primary finance partner to leadership, providing financial insight, operational analysis, and disciplined cost management for productivity, and profitability goals

Translate financial results into clear operational actions to drive cost efficiency, margin improvement, and productivity
Support leadership with data-driven decision-making across labor, materials, overhead, and capital investments
Financial Planning & Analysis and work with accounting, finance, and supply chain
Forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes
Own variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, with clear root-cause explanations and action plans
Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track operational and financial performance
