Responsibilities:
- Review patient/donor registration charts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Identify missing or incorrect information and ensure records are fully completed before system entry
- Partner with internal teams to follow up with patients when additional information is needed
- Correct and update documentation, ensuring proper storage and tracking
- Support audit readiness and maintain organized compliance records
- Assist with quality processes and documentation improvements
Experience reviewing donor charts in a regulated environment (tissue banking preferred)
